Exchange & Returns

Exchange window: 3 days from delivery.
Condition: unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, original packaging. Washed or altered garments cannot be exchanged.
Exchange delivery charge: paid by the customer, both ways, unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Wrong or damaged item: we cover everything and send a replacement.
